Bhara Gari Terms and Conditions
Definitions
"Agreement": These terms and conditions.
"Customer": The person or entity renting the vehicle.
"Vehicle": The car or two-wheeler provided by Bhara Gari for rental.
"Rental Period": The period during which the Customer rents the Vehicle from Bhara Gari.Rental Requirements
The Customer must be at least 18 years old.
The Customer must possess a valid driving license recognized in India.
The Customer must provide valid identification proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, PAN card).Rental Period
The Rental Period begins when the Customer collect the Vehicle and ends when the Vehicle is returned to Bhara Gari.
Any extension of the Rental Period must be approved by Bhara Gari in advance or before 12 hour of return time.Rental Fees
The rental fees are charged on a daily/hourly basis as per the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel charges, and any damages incurred during the Rental Period. In case of late return up to 2 hour, late fine will be charged and after 2 hour it will considered as full day. Late return charges will vary depending on the segment of the rented vehicle.Payment
Payment should be paid in advance and for extension of the rental period customer should pay before 3 hour of ending the rental period.Vehicle Use
The Vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes.
The Customer must not use the Vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the Vehicle in good condition and returning it in the same condition as it was rented.Insurance and Liability
The Vehicle is insured as per the regulations. However, the Customer is responsible for any damages or loss.
The Customer is liable for any fines, penalties, or legal expenses incurred during the Rental Period.Fuel Policy
The Vehicle is provided with a an amount of fuel. The Customer must return the Vehicle with the same level of fuel.Breakdown and Accidents
In case of a breakdown, the Customer must contact Bhara Gari immediately.
In the event of an accident, the Customer must report it to Bhara Gari and the local authorities as required by law. The customers must not leave the scene of accident or collision until an any action has been take and until the police arrives at the scene. In case of a tyre burst or any tyre damage, the customer is responsible for paying the damage amount.Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Rental Period start will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Rental Period start may incur a cancellation fee.Over Speeding Charges
To ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our services, Bhara Gari has implemented an over speeding policy. This policy applies to all rentals and is enforced strictly.Speed Limit: The maximum permissible speed limit for rented car and bike is 100 km/h and for scooter 60-80km/h.
First Violation: If the customer exceeds the speed limit of 100 km/h, a fine of ₹500 will be imposed.
Second Violation: For a second instance of exceeding the speed limit, a fine of ₹1000 will be imposed.
Subsequent Violations: For a third instance of exceeding the speed limit, a fine of ₹2000 will be imposed.
Agreement Termination: If the customer exceeds the speed limit more than three times, Bhara Gari reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately. The customer will be required to return the vehicle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining rental period.
Monitoring: The speed of the rented vehicle will be monitored using onboard GPS tracking systems.
Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for adhering to the speed limits. Any fines or penalties arising from over speeding violations are the responsibility of the customer.
By renting a vehicle from Bhara Gari, you agree to adhere to this over speeding policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in fines, penalties, and termination of the rental agreement.
Theft
In case of theft no insurance will be claimed by the company so the customer will be responsible to take care of the vehicle property and the vehicle.KM limit
Scooters: The maximum permissible mileage limit for scooters is 200 km per rental period. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges. Bikes: The maximum permissible mileage limit for bikes is 250 km per rental period. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges. Cars: The maximum permissible mileage limit for cars is 300 km per rental period. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges. Additional Charges: Any mileage above the specified limits will be charged at the rate of ₹5 per km for scooters, ₹5 per km for bikes, and ₹10 per km for cars. Monitoring: The mileage of the rented vehicle will be monitored using onboard GPS tracking systems.Vehicle Accessories
Two-Wheeler Mirrors: Customers should not remove the mirrors of the rented two-wheelers. If the mirrors are found missing or removed, customers must reinstall them. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of ₹500. Car Interior Accessories: Customers should not remove any interior accessories of the rented cars. If any interior accessories are found missing or removed, customers must reinstall them. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of ₹500.Additional Drop and Pickup Charges
Airport: ₹500 (for two wheeler ₹400), Within City (beyond 5 km): ₹300 - ₹400 (for two wheeler ₹200- 300), Within City (under 5 km): ₹200 (for two wheeler ₹100)Amendments
Bhara Gari reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Customer.
